Shipping & Returns

Please note that due to hygiene reasons, we will only process a refund or exchange if your order contains damaged or incorrect items. In this instance, we will happily provide you with a refund or exchange of products available on our website, subject to the following conditions.

1.    Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery with proof of purchase.
2.    The returned items must be unworn or otherwise unused in the original packets.
3.    We do not offer product exchanges if you simply change your mind.

If you have an enquiry relating to a return, please email and we will endeavour to respond within 48 hours.
If you request an exchange of goods, this will only be processed once we have received the returned item and confirmed that it meets conditions 1-3 above.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping items over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please note that product colours depicted on the website may vary slightly to the actual product due to differing screen tones represented on some personal computers, laptops, and mobile devices. We accept no responsibility for these variances and refunds will not be given for such differences.
